What a redesign looks like

Same business. A website that finally shows it.

Drag the handle. On the left, the kind of site we get asked to replace. On the right, what it can become.

This is an illustration of a made-up company, not a client. Real before-and-afters will replace it as projects wrap up.

Illustration of a made-up plumbing company's website. On the left, a crowded, dated page with tiny text and the phone number buried at the bottom. On the right, a clean modern redesign with a clear headline, a call button, and service tiles.

Sound familiar?

Does your website do any of this?

Your customers are looking you up on their phones. Make sure they like what they find.

How it works

Five steps. No tech homework.

You don't need to know anything about hosting, code, or search engines. You bring the business. We bring the website.

  1. Show us your site

Send us the link. No site yet? Tell us about your business instead.

  2. We find what to fix

We look at the design, the phone experience, the speed, and how easy it is to find your number. Then we explain it in plain English.

  3. We rebuild it

Where it helps, we'll show you a concept first so you can see where it's headed.

  4. You approve it

Look it over, send corrections, and fill in anything only you would know.

  5. We launch it

The new site replaces the old one. After that, we're here for hosting, updates, and fixes.

Rooted in the Black Hills

A local studio for local businesses.

We work with businesses from Rapid City to Spearfish, Deadwood to Custer, and everywhere in between. A good local business doesn't need a giant marketing campaign, endless strategy meetings, or a wall of dashboards. Usually it needs this:

  • A much better website
  • Clear information
  • Good photography
  • A strong mobile experience
  • An obvious phone number
  • An easy way to request a quote

Why us

A website studio, not a marketing agency.

You already have a business. You already have a website. Let's make the website worthy of the business.

Fixing websites is our specialty

Plenty of companies only chase brand-new sites. We go after the many good businesses that already have one and have simply outgrown it.

We understand local

We know what a small business in this part of the country needs, and what it can skip. Clear information, a strong phone experience, and an easy way to reach you.

You talk to a person

Tell us what needs to change and we'll change it. No ticket numbers, no faceless support queue.

Technology that earns its place

Every feature has to make the site easier to use, more credible, clearer, faster, or easier to maintain. If it's only impressive, it's out.

What we won't do

You've probably heard big promises from website companies before. Here's what you won't hear from us.

  • Promise you the #1 spot on Google. Nobody honest can.
  • Bury you in jargon. If we use a technical word, we'll explain it.
  • Make up numbers or reviews. When we have real results to show, you'll see them here.

Questions

Things people ask us.

Don't see yours here? Send us a note and we'll answer it.

Ask us anything
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. Hosting, mobile layouts, page speed, and the rest of the technical side are our job. You tell us about your business, and we take care of the rest.
I already have a website. Can you just fix it?
Usually the best move is to rebuild it on a modern foundation and keep everything that still works: your information, your photos, your voice. If a full rebuild isn't the right call, we'll say so and point you to smaller fixes.
What if I don't have a website at all?
That's fine. We build new sites for businesses with no site, just a Facebook page, or a brand-new business that needs a fresh start.
Will you keep my site updated after it launches?
If you'd like us to. New hours, photos, services, seasonal changes, new pages, and fixes: send us the change and we'll handle it.
Can you get me to #1 on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What we do is build the foundation that search engines and people both like: clear page titles and headings, a fast mobile experience, useful content, and accurate local information.
How much does it cost?
Every business is different, so pricing starts with a conversation about your site. The goal is simple, small-business-friendly pricing: a clear price for a redesign or new site, and an easy monthly plan if you'd like us to host and maintain it.
What happens when I send you my link?
We take a look, work out what's helping and what's hurting, and get back to you with plain-English recommendations. From there, you decide what to do.

Wondering what we'd change about your website?

Send us the link and let's take a look.
